if its going to lower in 2 or 3 years... i dont even know if im gonna b here by then...
all i want is to have a licence which i could use in the US, and that the insurance will b ok with it.
it costs 120$usd to get the international licence... i know what i can do, i can get it 4 1 year till im 18, then ill just get the normal texas driving licence no prob since im not under age...
that works... right?
well i guess ill do that, but if u know something i dont please tell me
