Good when in Wet mode, very hight noise but it's not a problem.


Engine: 5

Lots of hp and torque, "furious" after 4500 rpm and yet incredibily "soft" at low rpm's. Instantaneous throttle response.


Accleration: 5-Gold

0-100 in 3.6s: the FASTEST production-car we have ever tested!! Perfect integration between the engine, E-Diff and the F1 Gearbox.


Low rpm Acceleration: 5

The incredible quality of the V8 is shown on the reprises test: in 6th gear at 1950 rpm it goes from 70 Km/h to 120 Km/h in just 8.7 seconds. In 5th the time goes down to 5.7 seconds.


Gearbox: 5

Confortable when in Wet Mode, very fast when in Race Mode. Plus, it allows the driver to keep both hands on the wheel.


Steering: 5

Shows its best qualities at high speeds and conciliates a good response with a good 'feel'. Also very good under normal use.


Brakes: 5

With an average deceleration of 1.18 G, the F430 stops from 200 Kmh to 0 in just about 133 meters. The optional Carbo-ceramic brakes guarantee an incredible fade resistance.


On the Road: 5

Easy to drive, extremely fast and thanks to the electronics it's not a problem to drive everyday and under different weather conditions. All it takes is to select the right Mode.
