If you use or build on the domain (ie itunes.co.uk), then it is bullying. But the thing is the fellow who registered domain after Apple applied for the iTunes patent and years after they registered iTunes.com. If you went there before it was nothing at the domain name except redirects. He's clearly sitting on the name (aka squatting), using it's likeness to generate traffic & ultimately a handsome payoff.

I have the same problem with a couple of cybersquatters on my company's name. They wont release it to us unless we pay hundreds of dollars or we hire them to maintain our website. We ended up registering something else. I'm still interested in registering the domain names they're squatting on but I'd rather just wait them out than pay them off. It just encourages bad behavior if you let them win.
