Aound my area you have smart guys thinking there good, speeding and acting like dickheads in there cars when they haven't even got a liscence. So I think, like already mentioned, peoples responsibility and attitudes need to change, or maybe stricter laws. But what ever changes, people will always abuse the rules, so is there anything you can do to stop deaths on the road? But anything is better than nothing.
