The amusing thing about is is that since Woody Guthrie is dead, the rights to the song, "This Land" have apparently been bought up by some relatively conservative faction and they're suing JibJab for copyright infringement. JibJab is countersuing on the basis of the legal definition of "Parody" which the song absolutely is. Anyway, that wasn't very amusing, the amusing part is that Arlo Guthrie (Woody's brother) likes the way that JibJab did things, and believes that it was in the spirit of his brother's wishes that such things would be done with the song.
