Most of the times the PS are done by ppl working for magazines.. I saw a very nice feature on TV following the work of one of them
He was photograph too, I think he was working on the present 5 series.. they showed his spy shots.. then he came home, fired up PS and started working on the pics to release that would show how the car will look like.
