São paulo streets are really bad. Buenos Aires is the worst in traffic, somehow they manage to fit 3 cars (and/or 2 bus/truck) wide in 1 lane street. Scariest ride in the world is definetivly a Montevideo (Uruguay) late hours taxis in the old city. Imagine those old and narrow european streets were every corner is a major health hazard over 20 mph... well those guys cruise at 60 mph, no stopping nor braking, just flashing the high beams to consider merely just reduzing speed. That's down shifting, not properly braking and your in something like this:

ford falcon, 105hp, 2695Kg, takes forever to go and even longer to stop. Mind you the one above is in mint condition, don't forget i'm talking about a taxi...
