I tried running it under WinME (Cel2 566 @ 850) before, it worked except for the sound. But then, I disabled the DOS driver of my aureal vortex 2 so that was expected. Have yet to try it on win 2k but most likely it won't work. My best bet is, you can just burn a freedos boot cd and run the game on a FAT/FAT32 partition.
