In the US it's different from state to state, I live in a state
that doesn't require it.
Personally I think that with the tech-
nology that's around today they could totaly do away with
license ptates, the question is, why don't they, polotics anyone.

Instead of trying to figure out how to make the plates more
visible to cops they could just install a transmitter in every
car that would transmit the licence plate number. :idea:
