NAV 2003 and Outlook Express
 

Hey guys,

Need a computer fix here. I have Norton AV 2003 installed on my PC and use Outlook Express as my primary e-mail application. And simply put I can not get any attachments. They appear but are grayed out, so it states the file name but I can't get the actual file to save. I don't get it. I've had these two programs installed previously with no problem whatsoever. I've searched seemingly every option but to no avail. You guys have any suggestions?

Have you tried going to OE Security tab in options? Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" under Virus Protection. If this doesn't work you'll have to ask someone who actually uses NAV. :mrgreen:
