I was going to buy a pizza, when I saw a mercedes ML, but there was written (?) Brabus... ok I said, it's a brabus, but it was turbodiesel! There was written "CDI" !

Does Brabus make turbodiesels?

It probably had just a visual package since the "true" Brabus "full" cars are not diesel... but maybe there is also some sort of minor diesel tuning offered by them.. not sure.

Yes you almost got it right: exhaust :D or even muffler since it's just the visible part :D anyway I'm sure everybody understood :D
