I think that's bulls***!

It's true that Jaguar is all about class and style, but they have always been a racecar manufacturer.

I feel that a powerful Mercedes is a bigger contradiction in terms, and they have the SLR. (Don't get me wrong, I love the SLR)

Porsche has done a SUV (Cayenne) although he didn't have any tradition in this sort of cars and few people has criticised that...so if Jaguar has always done sport cars (nevertheless they are all about class and style), why can't it create a supercar? Perhaps it isn't Jaguar style but I think it isn't so strange...and I like this car! :D

This has nothing to do with racing though. Jaguar should stick to building stylish, classy cars. This one looks like the pimp-styling hands of Brabus have touched it. Tasteless.

Agree, what I only wanted to say is that I think it is not so strange that Jaguar makes a car of this type according to its tradition. I also agree that every factory has its own character and it has to follow it (that's why I don't like Porsche has done a SUV), and perhaps the jaguar style doesn't fit in this car.
