Browser hijacke aka CWS
 

In a thread on the PistonHeads messageboard about moving cursors someone called "robbo 1" came up with a a nice tool to detect so called browser hijackers, known as CoolWebSearch (CWS). Apart from AdAware and Spybot one should use CWS shredder aswell.
Using the combination of these three 'programmes seems to be quite effective. Obviously in combination with an up to date Virus Scanner and Firewall
