here is what the new SLK will look like from mercedes. i like it a lot, the nose resembles the SLR. and the AMG version is now the SLK 55 with a 360hp V8 and about 370 lb-ft of tq. the SLK320 will be replaced by the SLK350. it gets a 3.5 liter V6 good for about 270hp.

It looks superb , now is more for a Man , b4 was a girl car .

I just happened to see the car this weekend with german plates on it and stickers saying erprobungswagen. And I can say the interior is really nice! I kind of looks like the E-class and it has sort of the same covers over the speedometer as the Alfa 147. It probably was the 272bhp V6 with double exhaust. A really nice car, but I don't know how it will stand up to a Z4 though....

looks alot better than the previous model. i dont think the nose should look so much like an SLR. these visual cues should remain on the SLR only. but overall, a much better looking car, and a 360hp vee 8? Oh YES!!! cant wait(SLK just might be a car im interested in now for the future)

I like it...it's SO much better than the previous one...but I aslo think that the nose should've been exclusive of the SLR...I think it's a mistake to make the one of the cheapest cars in the range looks like the most expensive and exclusive...it's good alright for the SLK customers...but not for the SLR customers.

you are totally right but I think they want to do this so everybody can recognise that the cars are from Mercedes. The car looks very good Would like to see the SLK55 AMG in real life.

The car looks beautiful and classy much better than the old model

the overall look is GREAT but the headlight doesn't do any good for this car, i like the normal mercedes ones better then these.

i dont like it. it resembles a lexus too much

but i think they could have given it a more sportier/aggressive look

much more macho than the previous , just look at the head that resemble the " penis " from the SLR :roll:

it looks just like a somewhat unproportioned version of the SLR. So in my opinion its ugly but i've never really like mercedes' styling for some reason it was always just a little off.
