I didn't know the 2009 Carrera was designated the "998" ?
7:50 is a hauling ass time! Nice improvement..

I'm pretty sure it's not since it's a mid-life update. Last time i checked this is still a 997.

You're right about the model designation, but pretty much everybody knew what I meant. Visually, it isn't much of a change, but technically it is a quantum leap!

Note that the 7:50 time is with 'sport tires'.

For a really interesting review, check out the Drivers-Republic review by Chris Harris (see link below). This, is also a quantum leap, in terms of a 'magazine' review. I like the accelerated body engine dyno clip, simulating part of the NS. This almost makes conventional mags redundant.
