Monte Carlo Free Practice 1: The session was red flagged at some point due to a loose drain cover on the exit of Sainte Devote. http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/5...d6free1rf5.jpg Free Practice 2 at 14:00 |
Kimi must have got there in the last few minutes.. I watched up until few minutes to go and Lewis was the one with the pace today. Of course a lot can / will change!!
... What happened to Heidfeld? Engine? |
There is a big possibility for rain on sunday... we'll see. It would be interesting! :)

Hamilton was on fire though! Seems they definitely have the pace at this early stage. Edit: I have an updated link for the Mad-max viewer (that was taken down) for those of you who can't view the ITV footage live if you live outside UK. PM for the link :-) |
Ferrari haven't won the Monaco for a few years already. Mclaren seems to be the more logical bet for this race.
|
^But, Ferrari have had the wood on McLaren this year. Last year, it was far closer, and McLaren was probably on top.

heh, some rainy weather today :)

Now I am confused. Where did Mclaren's pace in pratices went.
|
^Practice times mean very little a lot of the time because the set up is different from the race set up. Besides, if you look at the Q1 and 2 times, both McLarens lapped faster than Raikonnen. Perhaps the race set up is not geared so much towards pace.
