We figured we’d give this grip stuff a shot. While we were there Ken Block was giving demos in the new 2008 Impreza STi and he was also testing his Gymkhana car. This car is a beast! Rumored at 500 whp it could easily drift around many of the technical sections of the course. Sit back and enjoy this short video of Ken rip

stock transmission with 550 whp? interesting...

The transsmission is pretty strong on the later subaru's.

The car has a carbon fiber roof so i'm pretty sure he made the effort to have at least 500hp

I'm not pro at auto x or anything, but that looked like some really bad driving, in the beginning when he was actually trying!

That was some good driving.
