Those are dogs.. In which case the polar bear..
In terms of a wolf.. Well it wouldnt happen unless one backed the other into a corner. Honestly I wouldnt count the wolf out for one reason.. Wolves hunt in packs.
For the record a Gray Wolf is alot bigger then those dogs. Full size think 5-6 foot long and up to 170 lbs (80 kg). On average there in the 100 lb range. Get about 10 of them around the bear and all bets are off. Given some of the packs are as high as 30... Well yeah.
