Never order from Kspec.com
 

so about 2 moths ago I order a grill for Kspec, thinking, 10-14 days for delivery...everything goes smooth, order confirmed, thank you for shopping with us...etc....

then a month goes by, no grill, I start to worry since my money is gone...so a pleasent email ensues...'where's my order...plz gimme tracking #'....'Wee sooo sawwy, no tacking number available, too many order at kspec...but don worry shipment sent out....', fine...I figure its coming from Korea, might take a while....so I wait...

3 weeks later, still no grill...:|, I contact them again....reply 'dear customer, you still haven't gotten it yet, well it was sent out.'....wtf....so I contact the online bank where I paid...worldpay, their site is shit, doesn't work at all...fine I call them....tell the story, they tell me, 'oh, we'll get the retailer to contact you...' Great...so I get an email today...'dear customer, your order has been sent out...'

:wall: ...i just had an implosion in my head...so it looks like I am out 109 USD...

so in conclusion...Kspec blows :x

Did you use a credit card? Call them and explain, maybe they'll do a charge back.

You know when you said "grill" I thought you were talking about....like a barbecue grill.

Imagine my surprise when the techno music started :D

I recommend taking the issue either to your bank or credit card company - or possibly the shipping company to see if that tracking number they're giving you actually shipped or not - and if it went to the right address. I had a lost order from speedgear that I found by calling FedEx. They delivered it to my neighbor. The bastard opened my jacket so FedEx had to buy me a new one.
