Multimedia Web Gallery - Car Collection
 

Hi

I have a friend of mine that has a nice classic car collection, and wants to put at his garage a big touchscreen where visitors and friends can see photos of his cars, photos of the restorations, the history of the model, and things like that.

I think the simpler way of doing this is using a local webpage, but I want it to be dynamic, so he can update it without needing my assistance.

Anyone knoes any kind of software to do this?

Hum.. it requires a web server and PHP.

It seems good, but let's see what else I can find.. ;)

I know they're uber-lame programs but you can set up Powerpoint (on mac or pc) or Keynote on mac to be a "Kiosk Display"

The thing with that is - it wouldn't be interactive (I don't think) but if he just wants a revolving-door style information extravaganza those programs would definitely suffice.

If he wants it to look professionally done you guys could hire someone to do it pretty cheaply - for sure.
