Audis suck!

They are Volkswagons for everyone who isn't an 18 year old girl.

TT 01-16-2004 10:39 AM

BTW.. it's Audis, not Audi's..

And IMO Audi is a great manufacturer and don't understand what you try to tell us.

pimrusis 01-16-2004 10:45 AM

I don't know either, you should delete this thread. Cause I'm dumb.

initiala4 01-16-2004 11:36 AM

Don't forget the Ur-quattro!

Audi builds fine cars indeed...

BACR 01-16-2004 12:15 PM

Chaos in 1983! 01-16-2004 12:27 PM

they are the ones responsable for AWD...and therefor they are resposable for what rally is to this date...

But the quality of the parts are not nearly as good as BMW or Benz. My aunt has a brand new A4 3.0L and stuff is always going weird with the sunroof and all the electronics, even new chips cannot replace the fault and this is not the only Audi ever to have that problem either. My dad used to have a big Audi, think A8 and everything was a problem on it, the driving was great but everything else sucks, especially the interior. We have a brand new 530i, just before the new style came out and this car is so sweet, nothing has gone wrong on it and it just performs flawlessly. Oh yeah and a friend of my brother has a new S4 and stuff is falling off of it left and right, I am pretty sure that he is going to trade it in for a M3 or a Carrera 2.

really? from my experience benz and bmw build quality and design aren't nearly as good as the new audi's.

Audi is fantastic car maker and I have no idea wtf you're trying to pull on us.

Yes true, they are responsible for AWD in performance cars, if it wasnt for Audi, it would be safe to predict that the Lancer Evos and Subuaru WRXs wouldnt exist.

They're built quality is top notch, 2nd only to BMW

What's more to have innovated in Rally, currently Audi dominates several segments of the race automobile.

MPoweredKid 01-16-2004 10:26 PM

yes......audi makes damn great cars.

nameley the S4, and the RS4 (which we never got in the states :( )

dylan99 01-16-2004 10:34 PM

the new generation from the late nineties are very good cars the styling is much better and they are climbing the charts from now on. Think of the new A3, A8, RS6, S4, the A2 wasn't a success but you can't deny its design wether you think it's ugly or good looking.

RC45 01-16-2004 11:35 PM

I ahve always been an Audi fan - but everytime I see an A6 or A8 on the road, I can't help thinking they should have a less "bland and ordinary" look about them.

The TT look is nice, but the rest look too much like "worked over Passats" - Audi needs some nice aggressive designs again.
