Ferrari 250 GTO

Tuesday I've shot some pictures of a nice Ferrari 250 GTO.

OMG, the holy grail of motor racing, the legendary 250GTO. I presume this is the Kroymans family's car chassis number 4757GT. This 250GTO has led a very hard life, was crashed during the 1963 24 hours of Le Mans. I saw it racing a couple of years ago in the Shell historic challenge, the first time I saw a 250GTO. A day I will never forget :)

WOW!! That's one of the, if not the , rarest car I've seen in a photoshoot in this section :o :o :shock:

Very nice pics I really like the first one. I was at Soestdijk as well and this particular scene annoyed me most of not having a digicam... The 250 GTO stood perfectly in that lane of trees.

Now this is what I call a special photoshoot. Fantastic car and awesome background. I look the tall trees constrasting with the red car. Well done!

TT - if you are creating the photo of the month post,do yourself a favor and award the young man here the award for June - take picture 1. Start the post for July as well - there is no point in delaying the inevitable. :lol:
