Nice to see him win again! I think he's with one of the better teams though and has a good car :D

It seems America's races suit him better than F1

"Montoya... is only the second man after Mario Andretti to have won the Indianapolis 500, a GP and the Daytona 24 Hours."

I totally forgot he won the Indy 500. Well...good luck Juan.

Only goes to show how much more difficult F1 is...

Max Power 01-28-2007 05:55 PM

considering the competition...Jeff Gordon crashed into the barrier coming out of the pits  ...but good for him :good:

Not sure, when you see how much difficulties F1 drivers have in DTM, even Mika Hakkinen twice world champion, it doesn't mean that DTM's champions would win F1 title

I don't think the cars are that difficult to drive, it's the pressure and the competition.

I wouldn't say that they rnt difficult to drive. They don't have T/C.

^^^ I'm talking about F1 cars, i mean that holzer kid was i think 16-17 and drove an f1 car and vettel already proved that he can be quick at the tender age of 19. Look at rosberg, fast but eventually the pressure of the sport in all its form media etc got to him.

deuces 01-28-2007 08:23 PM

nascar is like a walk in the park after driving an f1 car, good for montoya tho

stistyle 01-28-2007 08:59 PM

Montoya is gonna tear the Daytona 500 to shreds

ae86_16v 01-28-2007 11:09 PM

Yeah, definitely congrats to him. Should be interesting if he could carry the momentum.

saadie 01-28-2007 11:11 PM
