Sorry to ask this things... but... how do you upload your pictures?

If some pics I have are in the next dir:
C:\Documents and Settings\ALL\Mis documentos\Mis imágenes\autos\autoexpo 2003\pequeñas\lambo.jpg

I have tried the magical button of Img, but simply I don't know
