I could see it fetching a few more $$$ because it is a charity event. Either way, it was a very kind thing of the owner to do.

What is the Hospital going to do with 1 mil$ Car??? Sell it?

I agree, donating money is one thing. Donating something that you loved and enjoyed is a more generous act.
