Believe it or Not....

A very reliable source just told me that someone from Google just bought TWO Bugatti Veyrons. One is off-loading at the port today.

I wish I were a nerd.

EDIT: I stand corrected. The same guy didn't buy two cars. I just got clarification. Two separate sales, but both work for Google.

They must have been early orders though.

So surely the news of such orders would have been around for a while.

Maybe it is the 2 cars that have been on tour getting back to Cali.

StanAE86 07-21-2006 06:41 PM

Not sure on the specifics. I only know that one supposedly came into the port today...and that it was someone from Google...and that bastard bought two. Sure would be nice to have $3million to burn on cars, let alone, only two of them.

dont be surprised if you see google banners on them running arround the streets

That would be the smart thing to do...tax write off - advertising.

I didn't buy them or even know the guy.

My source didn't even know what the car was and just asked me what it was all about because he/she was told "it's the world's most expensive car" and that the Google guy bought two of them.

I'll just STFU...even though IT'S TRUE!!

Just curious man why do you say your source is very realiabe? Does this source work for google or something?

StanAE86 07-24-2006 04:13 PM

I'll say the source is reliable because it's my sister. Knowing that, she didn't know what the car was, didn't know how much it cost (only was told it's the most expensive car in the world and is a Bugatti) and could really care a whole lot less. I'm the car nerd that had to blab about it to everyone. :D

Your sister. Is she dating one of the founders of google? If so you would be hella lucky. Ask him if you can borrow his car. :D

StanAE86 07-24-2006 04:22 PM

No. I wish.

StanAE86 07-24-2006 05:13 PM

I stand corrected. I read my sister's e-mail too fast. One guy did not buy two cars. There were two sales of two Veyrons to two different people, but both of them work for Google.

Her information is from the actual salesman that sold the cars. The only salesman in the world to have sold two Veyrons.

Pimp Racer 07-24-2006 05:20 PM

DAMN! So shes dating the salesman? Just fucking with ya man.

But really thats alot 2 of them? I guess this is in America? And seeing your location its somewhere in CA?

StanAE86 07-24-2006 05:28 PM

No, I wish. That would mean I'd have a pimp and rich brother-in-law possibly. Nope.
