i dont know if apple overturned it... but Microsoft pattented the ipod before apple could; and it was ruled that they pay microsoft about 10$ per ipod sold.... and microsoft didn't have to do much :P

Here is some good news everyone can enjoy and talk about

"Apple's U.S. notebook market share has doubled to 12% after shipping 1.33 million Macs in the quarter.

This is inspite of PC sales slowing in growth. I guess being able to dual boot from OS X to Windows or virtually run Windows within OS X made this possible.

Other than being able to cook dinner the switch to Intel kinda made Macs more popular. Now I'd like that burger with bacon. :mrgreen:
