Cadillac BLS photoshoot
The BLS is build on the same platform as the Saab 9-3 and is Cadillac's participant in the European D2 market.
Below you can find my photoshoot, the article will be released later this week on my website: www.dnpproductions.be http://img17.imagevenue.com/loc127/t...llacbls_02.jpghttp://img28.imagevenue.com/loc216/t...llacbls_05.jpghttp://img128.imagevenue.com/loc106/...llacbls_06.jpghttp://img127.imagevenue.com/loc264/...llacbls_09.jpg http://img15.imagevenue.com/loc91/th...llacbls_10.jpghttp://img24.imagevenue.com/loc283/t...llacbls_11.jpghttp://img109.imagevenue.com/loc143/...llacbls_13.jpg http://img159.imagevenue.com/loc120/...llacbls_14.jpghttp://img42.imagevenue.com/loc150/t...llacbls_20.jpghttp://img145.imagevenue.com/loc4/th...llacbls_17.jpg |
Saab-Caddi... very interesting what these car manufacturers do in different markets.
I assume this is more expensive than a 9-3 over there? IMO, the Saab is prettier. Quality pictures! |
The car looks good...and the pics are good :P
So which engines did you try in it? :) |
The Cadillac is priced about 1000 EUR exc. VAT over the Saab 9-3.
Both cars had the 1.9 Italian made diesel engine producing 150hp. The black car was a basic Business model with a 6 speed manual, the silver car an elegance model with 6 speed auto box. Petrol versions use 2 Saab units, the 2.0T inline 4 with 175hp and the 2.8T V6 with 210hp. |

The 2.8T V6 is made by Australian Holden.. |

That's the main problem with this car, it shares everything with other cars of the GM family (and Italian diesel engines). I've read at auto week that the production of the BLS dropped to 30 units per week! This could cost Cadillac a fortune ... |
