No you can't just "connect" the PS2 to the PC and get the "visuals" of the replay onto the PC - but if you can save the replay and get that file off the memory card (via USB device or GameShark etc) and sent to me I will make it into a video for you.

You need to capture the video output of the PS2 the same way you capture a video from VHS or TV.
