You can only successfully impeach someone if they've committed some sort of criminal offence. They tried with Andrew Johnson because he was being an idiot, and failed, and they tried with Clinton because they thought it was immoral to have an affair (and they couldn't even prove he did), and also failed. Nixon was the only one who would not have survived impeachment, but he resigned before that happened. So even if someone other than Laura Bush gives him a blow job, he'll still be there.

That old woman holding that sign is a disgrace to all Americans. I can't belive i go to war so pigs like her could live in freedom. It's a dirty war but someone has to do it - even if it means saving pigs from themselves.

"It's a dirty war but someone has to do it"? What kind of statement is that? It's a pointless war that was started at the behest of a man who is considered, by many, to be the most dangerous threat on the planet, but hey: someone has to do it, right?

Can you explain to me how America going to war in Iraq is "saving pigs from themselves"? Can you also explain to me how you, or anyone else in any branch of the military, is actually providing anyone in America with their Constitutional Freedom? Or, are you just one of these people who believe that as you work in the Military you are somehow holier than the rest of us and that you are somehow a "better citizen" because you're involved in a war?

For one, the war in iraq is not about freedom. The bombing of afghanistan and removal of the Taliban was more about freedom than what this has become.

Right now the war for freedom has been brought to our borders, on land, in the air and by sea. We need to pull out of iraq and place our troops where they are needed. On the borders, and at the ports. What's left is iraq and where they are headed is now up to the iraqi people. We cannot shape their government for them. It's not our responsibility.

When the hijackers destroyed the 3 buildings in New York (yes 3. I beleive it was building 7 that fell due to flaming debris from the two towers), and the pentagon in DC, the fight for freedom was brought to our doorstep.

I couldn't tell you as to wether the intel was right as to where Osama was hiding, but if there was any truth to the fact he was in afghanistan, then that's where we needed to go.

Bush took the war to iraq to distract us from the fact that our military was stumped as to where our real target was and he needed to divert our attention away from it. He got what he wanted on both counts. We were distracted, and he got Saddam for Bush Sr. Problem is, his motives for it were thinly disguised as a search for WMDs. I'm not saying the bastard isn't getting what he deserves, because he is. But Bush didn't to lie about his reasons for going there.

And at this point, it's looking like he is going to further ignore what needs to be done here, and go after Iran, which is not our job, yet again. It's up to the UN to enforce their sanctions.

Tyrone, it's not your fault you're in the wrong place, and out anger and frustrations are not directed at the military, but rather at the traitor that is giving this country to people who have no right to it. If this balless bastard succeeds in doing so, he will be contradicting everything you stand and fight for. What good is the freedom of speech if no one is around to use it? Fucking hell, even as it stands we aren't free to use it to it's full potential because a bunch of tree hugging hippies are too fucking worried about sparing feelings.

Well guess what hippies. Feelings aren't protected by the constitution!!!! :fist:

the reason we went to Iraq, and may go to Iran is blatent, and rediculously simple... the UN needs us, and our big money to do anything. If the various countries really felt we shouldn't go there, more pollitics would've been undertaken to not only persuade us not to 'enforce thier rules' but also other contries with the veto power.

that just didn't happen... what we saw, instaed was candering polliticians secumbing to local polls; and then shaking hands with the other small contries 'against' this or that.

that is the reality.

over the last year, we have seen this 'lie' turn out not to be so far fetched as Moore would want us to believe.... in multiple facets.

this is why Bush was re-elected; that, and the quiet majority... who just happen to keep this country running as the wealthiest, and free-est in the world.

no, dont go calling me a bush supporter... or a republican; as i am niether... you could call me a conservative nationalist...

in fact, what people forget is how much bush tries to spend on things we dont need.

what is government, except granted power through the economic will of the people... its amazing that so much government has been carried along by the strenghts of economic freedoms.

the story that isn't told is this: most campaign promices cant happen without dipping into Joe taxpayer's pockets, further limiting his economic freedom to allow Joe broke to be in a system, and suck on a system... and that is how the liberals want it; otherwise, they lose thier base.

this "lie" hub-ub is just a bunch of propogandist bs ;)
-rant over :P
