Ferrari colour
Do you think every Ferrari must be red, or can be of other colours?I think some one like Enzo, F40, F50 must be red but others like 456GT are beauty in other colours too. What´s your opinion?

well.. they say ferrari's hould be red, but some look good in yellow, and black enzo's look cool, it really depends on the model though, different shapes look good in different colours IMO
|
If I have a Ferrari collection, it would be all red :D
Black Enzo, Red F50, Yellow F355.. don't work for me.. I want a complete set |
If all Ferraris were red, then there would be no way of telling whom of their drivers know what exactly Ferrari is about (the ones who bought red cars) from the ones who are clueless (the ones who bought non-red cars).

All Ferraris should be red! :)

I disagree with everyone who thinks Ferrari's ought to be red. Red is the national racing colour for Italy and thus associated with Ferrari. But it is a racing colour (although not all Ferrari's used in racing were red), so that means nothing for road cars. One of the main reasons, apart from personal taste of course, why red is the number one choice of colour for many people that order a Ferrari is because they want the car to be recognised as a Ferrari. The only thing that is important to me is how a car looks in a particular colour. There are many Ferrari models that look just as good or even better in some other colours as in red. Cuansf. already named the 456 GT, which IMO looks horrible in red. Dark blue or silver is a much better colour. Or what about a 250 California spyder? Most colours other than red suit it better. Also, If I were to order a 575M or 360 I wouldn't order it in red. On the other hand the F40, F50 and 288 GTO look best in red IMO.
I don't think people who order a Ferrari in some other colour than red are clueless about what Ferrari is about. One glance into the history of Ferrari will prove that sufficiently. |
i think most ferraris look the best in red except the enzo is badass in black. lambos are best in yellow. and then there are just some colors that a ferrari can not be. green looks great on some cars like aston martins, mgs, and i saw a green corvette once that was sweet, but ferraris and lambos just can not be green. and i think silver looks nice on porsche and corvette but i don't like it on a ferrari or lambo.

If I could afford a ferrari, I would have to get red. Its just the classic ferrari color.
|
i have seen some white, and black 360's.. they look quite sexy indeed, it doesent matter what colour a ferrari is, with the curves it has!
and the badge that only 2000 or so ppl get 2 have verey year! |
Honestly speaking, most Ferraris i've seen are in red, yellow or black.. I know a green lambo looks good from another post (the one in monaco) but well.. i'd just like to own one even if it was neon pink with polka dots! hahahaaha. The colour is probably up to the owner.. i just wanna drive one
|
I've seen a few 328s in black and in silver, both looked great IMO.
|
I've seen a red 288GTO, and it's fantastic.
And the yellow 512Tr just take your breath away |
I wouldn't mind having a black or yellow ENZO. :D
|
Frankly red is nice but a blue 355, a silver 360 or a dark grey 550 are much more classy and beautiful. Red is the racing color Enzo Ferrari would use, however most of the cars built in the 50s and 60s were silver, blue or grey.
|
i think Ferraris can be other colours, but only from a few colours like red, black, silver, blue and maybe a few others no stupide colours like that orange enzo, it doesnt look that bad it just doesnt match that type of a car... in my opinion id get it in either red to be traditional or black to be smooth and sleek
