I just watched it on my cable box. I have to say Im most impressed. Great movie, definetly deserves all the awords that I herd it got at the Oscars. Really looks at all the racial tension from its true perspective, and shows what a load of bullshit and misundersdanding it is.

I've always said that everyone is at least a little racist and has preconceived ideas of how someone is going to act based on the stereotypical ideologies of a certain race.

Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie save for a few cheesy moments.

i enjoyed the movie... its a one time watch type movie IMO

it is also a highly holywood polticized movie... having the not so subtle message.. "its ok to be racist... and this is our excuse... everyone is not equal"

im very glad this won vs. the gay shepherd movie.

Well I hope thats not what people pick up from it though.

i liked the concept of the movie, but i found the execution forced. and after watching the 'special features' part of the DVD, i was pretty annoyed with the director. he had the attitude that he was doing something cutting edge and above all of this petty racism.

PS...sorry if that was incoherent, but i'm pumped up on meds ATM

exactly! i'm not just saying that. i watched the damn thing and it's not the oscar winning must see movie of the year like everyone is saying it is lately
it's a good movie it deals with existing social issues but i can't help but feel like i watched it all before it followed a recipe in a sense
still it's a quality movie but the only oscar they should have walked out with should have been the one for editing

well I think this was posted quite a while ago when the movie was released to DVD a while back but I loved the movie.
