don't mind the blood..... watch out for your money :|

so gray... what's your issue?

graywolf624 03-11-2006 07:35 PM

Im getting sued over a car accident from a few years ago (its been discussed here before)... Apparently a 15 mph crash now warrents someone deciding 5 months later to seek doctors help and claim they are harmed permanently. To make matters worse Im getting sued by two people.. The husband is suing me for having to watch his wife suffer... Apparently the woman strained her kneck and back.. and it didnt hurt her till 5 months later or something.

From a financial standpoint my insurance will handle it Im sure.. From a pain in the ass keep me busy stand point though..

Is that an old or a new law?

I am sure that with a good lawyer you can get out of it.

Plus they need proof that that neck strain was caused by that particular accident that long ago.

I doubt she has a doctors file with the details of the injury any time soon after the accident.

Strained back and neck from a 15mph acciendt? She wasnt wearing a seatbelt then, which is against the law.

Sounds like a load of bullshit mate. Just some fuckers trying to make some easy money and abuse the good ol American system.

They cant proof shit ;) Just go to court and make the look stupid.

ahahahaha

She got no case man. If she went to the doctor 5 months later there is no way to prove that your accident was the cause of her injury.

Please do tell us how far it goes though.
