I like the engine, 10 grand revs, but I can't pronounce the name of it and stylying is a bit "iffy" with me, but those are my two cents.

dannyroz 03-08-2006 07:21 PM

It looks like an accentuated Gallardo front with an Elise back end

But 525hp and 525kg  I think its gonna be fast

dutchmasterflex 03-08-2006 07:33 PM

525hp in that thing? insane.

the concept is good, I hope everything works out for them. I also hope that whatever they come out with is legal in the US..

Interesting but these claims are quite optimistics ... We never know, Swedens are very capable people

taygunho 03-09-2006 05:13 AM

this concept has lots of carbonfibre parts and it helps to drop weight but what about cost? They say their missin is "Supercarperfomance, supercarlooks and supercarhandling – at half the price. This is our mission" but it is really hard task to complete. Specs are too good to be true but I will wait and see.

You say quite optimistic :D
I would say add another 200kg at least, and they still will have problems getting the car through the EU regulations.

Apart from that, it's a nice lookins car and I wish the guys working on it the best. But unless they'll get more manpower and money backing them up. It's allmost impossible to release a composed 525hp car on the market.

cooperluke 03-09-2006 05:36 AM

It seems it's only a 3d render.... no car yet...

After they build it, let's see how it is. Now, it's too soon.

saadie 03-09-2006 06:41 AM

dosnt look like a supercar to me ...

martin100 03-09-2006 02:24 PM

I don´t really like these ultra light trackday cars cause they don´t have any comfort at all, and this one is no exception

Interesting "classic" sort of design. Specs looks impressive (but probably some of it is bullshit) Looks a bit like a track concept trying to appeal to the mainstream. Interesting to see how this pans out.

it looks like an open car more then super, nice designing.. at least its somthing new! i think it even looks better the its sister the CCX. Lets wait and see how it rumbles.

x-per 03-17-2006 06:26 PM

Looks like shit honestly, but the performance should be good ;)

What do you mean with sister? Those 2 cars are not related at all.

Bernardo 03-17-2006 07:16 PM

I found It ugly, as the CC is, but also as the CC it has a great perfomance.

Bernardo 03-17-2006 07:18 PM

Oh, and BTW, the car name just sucks, It actually means BEBI laboratory if translated to portugues.

Svensson 03-24-2006 07:01 AM

Laboratorio BEBI is the name of the company, not of the car, which will be called "Quercianella".
Quote:

It is named Quercianella as a tribute to the man who once helped to transform the idea in to reality. His name is Ing. Giotto Bizzarrini and Quercianella is the place where he once grew up and where he is living today. He is a very special friend and he has inspired us to make this a very special car.
