Depending on the company, a System Administrator may not be the right person to ask you to come around and fix your computer/plug in a mouse/press capslock and so on ;)
Most companies have a Help Desk for this purpose, and the people who work there are often lovingly called "associates", "service desk people" or something just as lovely ;)
In my company, a Systems Administrator is mostly just there to take care of servers. Although we're beginning to differentiate this even more with the monicker "Systems Engineer".
