That's BS. Always easy to pass judgement from a grainy old photo. For all we know the Fiat driver was trying to park and drove all over the Ferrari...

And besides, accidents can happen in a blink. Seems like when it involves exotics people get all envious and call the drivers "idiots" while they maybe not even to blame.
