Need for Speed: Most Wanted
 

I was wondering if anyone had played Need For Speed: Most Wanted yet. I am thinking about getting the game, i just havnt made up my mind yet and was hoping that you guys could tell me about it.

Well I did use a free rental from Blockbuster to try it out and I can say it didn't suck like the Underground games did I would say it's worth the rent but to purchase I'm not so sure

I've got it on the PSP, I'm not sure how different it is from the PS2 version. On the PSP anyways it seems decent. Not incredible, but decent.

I got it for the PC. Mostly got it for the wide variety of cars you can get. But it is too sad that they even "pimp" the biggest supercar. So I have seen a PINK Carrera GT!!!!! Waaaaaah! But the sounds of the SLR and Carrera GT are quite realistic, isn't a too bad game. Got license for some nice cars, although no Ferrari is in the game...

havnt played it yet .... but according to my friend ... its like the most un wanted racing game ever lol :lol:

I have the psp version, but you get tired of that after not so long time...

But my friend has the Xbox 360-version, and that rocks ass IMO...

I thought the game was quite fun. The cop chases can get rediculous but its generally fun to ram them into a wall at 150+. Its an arcade racing game not a sim. So theres no point in expecting reality. And in this one you dont have to do anything to the looks of the cars if you dont want to.

Some people say its good, some say its bad... is there a demo to dload or maybe a "demo"

I have it for the 360 and think its good. Great fun good sound and graphics. If your a person who only goes for sims, then stay away from this game. But if you just want some fun crashing through road blocks in slow motion and flying or from ramps them you will enjoy it. Definatly if u can, go and rent it. its like marmite, u either love it or hate it.

Mate, after Atari, NFS is what got me back into gaming.

I have NFS 1 in the original box, not some re release, it cost me a shit load to get that too.

I played and have every NFS from 1 to this crap called NFS Most Wanted.


NFS was famous for being able to enjoy ultra exotic cars at ultra exotic tracks. Later with cops and such.

Then NFS 5 came. Stunner of a game with a good arcade/sim physics that just resulted in a mad amount of enjoyment.

After that came NFS 6 and all went downhill. Barels droping from the air???Shitty physics.............................

Then the ricer series came......now I will leave that with no comment cause I will go absolutly bunkers spraying horse shit all over it if I get my rant on.

Then now we get NFS MW. I was thinking "great! NFS IS BACK!" only to find out thats its still the ultra arcade rice game that NFS U and U2 was just with some better brands...


MW is shit! Shit! Shit! Did I mention shit? Yes I did. Well here I say it again. Shit!

Ricer game, with shitty arcady graphics, horrid physics and shitty atmosphere.


Sorry to say that, but after NFS 5, no longer should have the title "Need For Speed" been used.

These recent NFS releases have none of the feel and atmoshphere of the roginal series.

Just like CMR went to shit after the classic CMR 1 and the great CMR 2.
