Rammstien- Rosenrot (review)

Not at all what i was expecting, and really not in a good way. Had this been a double album along with Reise,Reise, i'd have to equate it to The Smashing Pumpkins' Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.

It's a night and day comparison to Reise,Reise in that Rosenrot is mellow and lacks their trademark heavy riffs. The only 2 songs that really stand out are Te Querio Puta (sung in mostly spanish) and the lead track Benzin. Benzin probably being the heaviest track.

I severely hope this wasn't their last album. It would be such a load of crap to close out a career such as theirs with something this weak. It's pretty obvious this is just the leftovers from Reise, Reise.

C'mon Till, we know you can do better than this!
