Someone once told me that a friend of his removed the body off a car and placed treads between the wheels, Then welded the front wheels stright.

To control this contraption he said that the brakes of each side were hooked up to slow down the side to turn.

Not sure if it was true but thats one hell of a great/cheap backyard project :D
