Gallardo SE vs. F430, first comparison test
 

That was a great read, thanks a007apl! I had no clue this was coming out and i'm disappointed that they used pictures from Lambo and didn't take their own. I'm also bothered that i see the same satnav in there that i see in the Audi's. Give something different with that kind of money, but congrats for lambo for building a Ferrari beater, they havn't done that in awhile. :wink:

credibility it`s the most important issue in an auto review , and these guys suck . big time

I have doubts that they even drove either car, why use media pics when you have the cars at your disposal for a day or so? :?

The "drag race" was the best part. From how it was written the guy driving the SE was on the verge of stuffing it into a tree. I don't think that the SE would be that much quicker then the 430 as their power to weight ratios are about the same (approx 6.4 HP/LB for SE & 6.6 HP/LB for the 430). Reminds me of some of the street racing stories I've read online.

ok i liked the Gallardo v F430 but thought it was odd that there were no pictures. but after reading the "Fxx" article i think it's total BS. any one of us could write those articles. "The Veyron is a masterpiece. It has 1000 HP and is really fast and pushes you back in your seat."

i dought how much quicker the gallardo Se than the f430 is... 430 is clearly quicker than the original gallardo

and the only difference between Se and the new updated gallardo, is the paint... everythign has been updated for both model. the gearing and the engine
