Photoshoot of my Subaru WRX
Well I found some time to take a few pics of my new WRX - the location is about an hour south of where I live (i.e. my parents place).
I'm having such a blast with it so far, and basically looking for excuses to drive it. :D All 18 high-res pics can be viewed on my website  www.ozcarsightings.com On the driveway in the rain.... http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(1).jpg in action: http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(2).jpg then posing overlooking the canals.... http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(3).jpg http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(4).jpg http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(5).jpg A bit of Photoshop trickery to make this one.....I like the result. :D http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(6).jpg The heart of the beast: http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(7).jpg and a few of the details..... http://www.ozcarsightings.com/preview/wrx(8a).jpg All 18 high-res pics can be viewed on my website  www.ozcarsightings.com (oh and I love fat chicks.....apparently) :P |
awsome pics dingo .... the pics really show how professional the man behind the camera is .. or did you SP them all lol :P
after the new styling efforts ... imo you car is the best shape a scooby will ever have anyway ... thx for the pics ... take good care of her :) 8) |
Lookin Good Dude! I like the action shot, im still trying to learn how to take those types of photos, can never get the clear focus on the car, are you using a mini tripod for that shot?
Car looks good, I always look for excuses to drive as well, hahahaha, always puts a grin on your face when you punch it. :P |

I just set the shutter speed to 1/80 (or maybe 1/100, can't remember) and then panned (follow the car with the camera) the camera and take the shot. I had problems with it at first too (and still do sometimes), but I just stood on the side of the road somewhere and practiced. :D |
excellent pics man!
The second one in your gallery will be my desktop for the weekend. Thx a bunch! And after seing how cool the red coloor looks on a WRX, I'm wondering why there isn't more of them :? |
nice shots, i like the action shot :D
and the ps trickery you did it :D tx for pics...saved :D |
i said it once ill say it again, dingo I love your WRX, I have to agree with komotar it looks great in red!
great pics as well, the engine shot is perfect :D |
Red is certainly the best colour for this car, IMO.
I like white as well, for the STi. Great pics dude, I especially like the photoshop one of the engine transposed onto the picture I don't suppose you would be interested in doing one of the S2000 if I sent you some pics to work with? Or, if you can't be arsed, let me know how you did it and I will have a go myself Cheers TA |
Sorry but personnaly I don't think that red is the best color, but it remains a Sub'... and that is cool 8)
Thanks very much for these pics and congratulation for your photoshop which is very well made... |
Great pictures ! I like Subarus and red cars, thus it's easy for me to like Dingo's car. :P
|
OMG, I didn't knew you bought a new car!! (I'm still recovering from 6 days without JW, and I've not yet reached the What you drive section ;)) So not an Elise after all? You don't see those Scoobies often in red, but it looks good on it!
May favourite pic is the firts one, with all the rain droplets over it. Though I like the detailed pics as well. And judging from the puddle of water in the following pic, your "performance" was staggering today! http://www.ozcarsightings.com/update...WRX%20(10).jpg |
Great pics dude! I was waiting for this topic and you didn't let me down ;) top stuff, and the WRX in red is ... well... droooll...
|

|
