The car has a lot of Gti-features of his big brother the Golf Gti. Unfortunately there are no specifications at this moment. According to rumours the car will be powered by a 150 bhp 1.8 Turbo engine instead of the 170 bhp 1.4 Turbo-compressor engine. The main advantage of the 1.8 is it could easily be tuned to 200+ bhp, like the 180 and 225 bhp 1.8 Audi TT and other VAG-models. |
nice looking car. i like it.
and i would like to see the 180 hp version :D |
doesn't look that bad.
vw is really hitting the nail with modern sports sedan stylin. |
Ahhh, so this is what it looks like if you shine an ugly beam on the GTi.
|
Looks great, bet its a nice car. Love how it take some styling cues from the golf.
|
WOW some1 at the design team really had a hangover and decided the Golf GTI design was fien for the Polo...this sucks IMO, the car itself looks ok, but its just a copy :?
|
I can't understand VW. :?
What's the point of making a mini Golf GTi !?! That one posted by dani_d_mas looks great. Big wheels, aggressive look. It would be perfect :o And the engine choice was quite wrong. It is too big for a car like this :? It will be very expensive ( at least here in Portugal ). The 1.4 with 170 bhp would be perfect for this car but it looks like they're gonna use it in the next generation. |
pretty much thesame as the golf gti...
but it looks very nice though! :D |
Boooring...
