The 3door sierra cosworth/rs500 have been raced in the btcc and in the dtm race series
And on the hill climb only a wrc toyota celica is faster.
Still very fast far a old sierra.
Btw car has now sidepipes fitted and and flames like mad.

And you tell us more about the tech specs??
How fast is it compared to the other fast cosworths like the famous now rip wrc escort?
And the price of the rs 500 is 38,582.70 euro!!

And don't forget it's rwd and not 4x4.
But i think you can make it better carbon or glasfibre body panels and hood and trunk.
Fit a new suspension setup and update the engine and bigger brakes front and rear and better gearbox and better diffs.

Their car not many rwd cars that can touch this on a rallycross or hillclimb track.
But the handling is very good for a rwd car most rwd cars are all over the place if you are not carefull.
Ant i think this is running a rs500 touring car spec engine: garett t4 turbo 8 injectors but a bitt laggy when setup the wrong way and when is setup on a good way it's very good.
And in england is a escort cosworth with nos running 10's on the 1/4 mile whit a touring car spec engine.
But it's a bit dated now their are people running 1000 injectors or more +better turbo like garett gt 35 or larger.
And better ecu like pectel autronic motec gems etc +atjustable traction would a good idea on a rwd sierra cosworth.
Most cossie have something like 300 and 400 bhp some have more horsepower but not many.

And no i am not talking about the reyland escort.

The fastest uk cossie in a straightline is rod tarry's mad sierra and it's has about 700 bhp on race fuel and 800 bhp+ on race fuel +nos.
And it's running a garett gt 40 and it's geared for 216 mph(345 km/h) it's faster than most supercars on topspeed and the things it's looks like a normal sierra the best street sleeper ever.

Don't try it race it you lose.
You can never see from the outside what engine spec a cossie is running.

But the rallycross/hill climb sierra and the beast of rod tarry have the same problem not traction from a standing start.
But mid-range acceleration is like a fucking rocket not many cars can stay whit a high power rwd cossi.
And the aaserud cossie has a faster 0-200 km/h time 8.5 seconds than the mad sierra 9,47 seconds.
