amazing pics, and an amazing couple of days, and a chance of Duval taking his car on the road? amazing...
and you have some many pics from diff. locations. any high-res? |
lol cool to see that WRC car on the road :D
nice pics, but is it just me or is the german WRC stage in a kind of boring area? i mean its just low hills and some grassy fields etc. , whereas most rallies are in snow or deep down in the forests, on mountain roads with huge ravines next to them etc., that looks alot more spectacular. BTW Solbers looks really erm...excited about his fans  |
very nice pics,man.
Good to see that the german rallye is going better every year. Then we have a chance to get the rallye championchip every year in germany - remember we had some years no german wrc rally contest. |
great pics, in my opinion funner to see these cars than a porsche:P maybe not ferrari though.

great to see fia rally car
definly looks sick why was the rally car on the autobaln???? |
Thanks for the comments...it was an awesome event and my first of it's kind.
As for the German Stages it is actually no easy road surfaces and even though its a "tarmac" event it does still include a good portion of dirt. Lot of driver's seem to like it as it's the only stage in the WRC of it's kind. For Duval being on the road that is how the rally drivers get to and from each Special Stage (SS) and in this case it was the end of day trip from Bostalsee to Trier for Parc Ferme about a 60 KM drive. Even had the pleasure of driving alongside Loeb on A62 from Service Park and then him accelerating like a bat out of hell crossing 3 lanes and taking off for the next start. harrY |
Some nice pics! Rallies are always more open to fans than races on race tracks. Imo that's one of the most appealing factors of rallying, besides the sliding action of the cars.
