Big crash at Indy!
 

These are pictures of Sam Hornish Jr's accident at the Indianapoils Motor Speedway during practice for the 500. He hit debris causing his flip.

that is scray, sparks coming out and nothing he can do about it.

good lord :shock: i don't quite know what would be going through my mind if i were to look in the direction i thought was up, only to see the ground and thhousands of bright orange flecks of heated metal :shock:

Does anybody remember Mario Andretti's crash a couple of years back at indy. Again he flipped, I remember him saying that it was the most scary crash he's had because he couldnt do anything, at least when on the ground you can fight the spin whatever, in the air you just have to hope you dont land badly.
