The producer could be at fault. The filming wasn't on a closed course nor was there a permit. RIP for the actor though. |

Thats easily involuntary manslaughter, and it was all caught on tape. Thats just very sad, and i wonder how much the director and producer feel at fault since they planned out a dumb commercial horribly. They love doing anything to save money...

that was a hell of an accident, but the dumbasses of the bikers were on a "highway" where you can't ride bike. It's a shame, but the two parts are guilty
here's something from the news reporter, first in spanish, then in english : "luis pascasio, presunto homicida del actor edgar ponce, sus cargos son homicidio, lesiones y daños en propiedad logró salir bajo fianza ya que el examen médico dijo que sólo tenía aliento alcóholico" "luis pascasio, presumed killer (<--this is a legal mumbo jumbo), his charges are homicide, injuries and private property damage he managed to get out of jail with a bail because the medical exam only said he had alcoholic breath and was not legally drunk" |

Damn, look how high the force at which the car hit the 2nd bike propelled the driver into the air. On one hand the producers should have ensured the road was closed or should have filmed it on a closed track. BUt we know who is to blame here.
