I don't think they can spot a parachuter so easily and at the same time have the time for an evasive manoeuvre with a such "small" plane like the one on the pic.

just abt anything can be spotted easily ... in this case .. the parachute is red ...
and look at the altitude ... the air is so thin at tht altitude tht a human being cant survive ...
