*updated* SVT Adrenaline and latest Cobra info
 

here are some pics of the new sport trac adrenaline by SVT. it has the same 4.6 liter supercharged engine as the previous generation cobra with 390hp and 390 ft-lbs of torque. i hope they dont plan on this to replace the Lightning, but overall i like the truck.

the newer lightning is to have 500 hp and 500 tq so I also hope not.

I like that truck and just for the record that's not an F-150 it's an Explorer Sport Trac.

I like it for a truck, tho the bed has abnormally tall walls to it. looks like they stretched it an extra 6 inches for no apparent reason.

Really can't wait to see that GT-500! They better do a hell of a job to do justice to the name though, but from the photo it looks pretty hot.

The interior picture shows the Tacho at 1000rpm and speed at 60mph :mrgreen: pretty balsy move by Ford taking pictures on the move like that with no driver? :lol:
The Shelby news is awesome, fingers crossed it makes it to Australian shores..

yea and i would hope they change the speedometer. 120mph :roll: i think it could use a larger scale considering its got close to 400hp :lol:

Still like the 2000 Cobra R better.

That engine in the Cobra is a tad bit under rated. A set of pulleys and exhaust will put you at 550-600hp. Does anyone know the price of it, it seems that it may possibly become a collectors car very quickly.

they say the car will cost roughly 40K before markup. And I fucking love it!

I don't understand why they haven't used the side scoop from the older years to cover up the awkward looking rear-side windows... I thought it was obvious.
