Evolution of the SL Photoshoot 300 SL and SL55 AMG
 

I had a day off from school today so I decided to have a small photoshoot with my two SLs: 1954 300 SL 1/24 by BBurago and 2004 SL55 AMG by Maisto 1/18. Hi-res pics are available for most of the shots.

As it says at the beginning of the first post, it's a BBurago. CAD $13 model. 8)

Very nice Mercs. I like silver Merc but this looks awesome :!: :wink:

I also love silver Mercs. IMO silver is THE colour for a Mercedes. But on scale models black hides the defects and makes the cars look much better than they do in silver.

You cheater :twisted: It is true, but don´t forget dust. That´s the reason why I don´t like black color on scales...

You are right. Dust can be a problem with black. But you can't have perfection, can you?

I have SL500 Dealer Edition and I think it looks pretty good for Maisto. In silver :wink: CLK GTR Street and Racing versions too...
