540i Vs E55 Vs C43 Great Story
 

Me and a few buddies decided to go out and play around with our cars a few nights ago. So me with my 540i, friend with E55 (W210), and my neighbor with his C43 decided to hit the wide open 405 around 1am. About 10min into racing around 3 lanes wide the E55 hits its brakes cuz of his radar detector. Well by this time me and the C43 are pretty much *ucked, we pass a cop on the side of the freeway doing an smooth 130. Cop pulls me and the C43 over. Makes both of us get our of our cars and gives us the usual talk about how speed kills. Then after he is done he then starts to tell us about his E36 M3 he has supercharged!!! He started bragging about how it was faster then everything he has come across. After haveing a great convorstaion with the cop he lets us go and tells us to keep it under 100. Then my dipshit neighbor (who is 25 i might add) does a 360 in the middle of the freeway as we pull away from the cop. Cop turns his siruns back on, this moment i was thinking to myself i will never talk to my neighbor ever again for what he just did. Then on his loud speaker the cop yells "weak burn out ". Now is this not the COOLEST COP EVER!!!!!! Officer Swift, your the shit!

you live in socal what part? what are you doing on march 12th, because i will be going to another AMG meet, if youd like to tag along.

540i that e46 model? and c43 that was 4.3 amg V8 - rare

For your information a BMW 540i can be only a E34 or E39 model. :wink:

very extremely ridiculously hard to believe..

phhffft, are you guys kidding me. I have posted pics twice now because you guys keep telling me this. I know i dont post much but i just kinda sit back and read most of the time, and everytime i post you guys always want pics. Seriously now, do a search, u will find nothing i have ever said is bs. And why is this story impossible? Didn't JC come across friendly gendarmes when testing the DB9? And friendly italian coppers in last year's ecoty if i recall..

blah blah blah, pics needed, blah blah blah...fuk the pics man, wen you do shit like this i don't think anyone would bring a camera along, unless yur stupid and would like to showoff...also, its never safe to record illegal shit just in case you get pull over later and the cop asks to see what's been taken on the camera...

what part of the 405 where you on? im down near the newport area on weekends. i read your other post about moding your car. my car is stock and im always down to race for fun...just to see how things stack up. i havent raced a 5 series before. i went against an M5 when my car wasnt broken in yet so i didnt go above 5k rmps.
